This is Vladimir Vostok (sorry Jeff, I needed a last name, and that sounded
sufficiently Russian). He was once a military Sniper, and, now in the world of Vampires, his skills are utilized by the group
formerly known as "The Nine".
Vlad's skills include incredible accuracy with a PSG1 sniper rifle, a discerning eye for illusion,
lockpicking expertise, and Timmy, an aluminum baseball bat with rusty nails duct-taped to it.
Vlad is one of only four surviving PC members of "The Nine", the others being Ophelia
Watts, Raab Merana, and Helous. (Well, five if you count Erin).
Vlad is also a member of a more elite subgroup of survivors. Those who have survived since the
very first session. Only he and Raab hold that honor.
